This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by HUM Nutrition Inc. ("HUM Nutrition" or "we" or "us") and applies to products purchased directly from HUM Nutrition or its authorized resellers (collectively, the "Products"). By purchasing or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty.
Warranty Period
This Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the Product (the "Warranty Period"). To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from HUM Nutrition or its authorized reseller.
What is Covered
This Warranty covers defects in material of the Products under normal use during the Warranty Period. This Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Products and is not transferable.
What is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:

Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper storage or handling;

Damage or defects caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or other external causes beyond our reasonable control;

Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or other superficial marks;
Damage resulting from use with non-HUM Nutrition products or accessories;

Any Product that has been resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by the original purchaser.
Warranty Remedies
If a defect in material or quality is discovered within the Warranty Period, HUM Nutrition will, at its sole option and discretion:

Replace the defective Product with a new Product of equivalent value, at no charge to you; or
Refund the purchase price of the defective Product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUM Nutrition shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with this Warranty or the use or performance of the Products. In no event shall HUM Nutrition's total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with this Warranty or the Products exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Miscellaneous
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and HUM Nutrition with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
