  • How is this product non-bloating?

    Core Strength™ is made with a blend of enzymes that help digest starches and proteins. It’s also certified low-FODMAP—meaning it avoids ingredients that can contribute to uncomfortable digestive symptoms in some people and is OK for someone to use if they are following a low-FODMAP diet.

  • How is Core Strength™ low FODMAP?

    Many protein powders are made with added sugar alcohols to add sweetness, and are usually high FODMAP. Fermentable carbohydrate sources like from legumes are also commonly used in vegan protein powders, but they are high in FODMAPs. Core Strength™ doesn’t include these added sweeteners and it holds the Monash University low-FODMAP certification.
