- 80 participants took 400mg of a proprietary Rhodiola rosea extract or a placebo daily. After 14 days, there was a 14% reduction in stress scores among those who took the Rhodiola. [2]
- A study evaluated 60 people with stress-related fatigue who took either a placebo or tablets with 576mg Rhodiola rosea extract. There were improvements in measures of burnout after 1 day, and stress responses were significantly improved after 28 days, compared to placebo.[3]

- A study evaluated 161 cadets who took either 370mg or 555mg of Rhodiola rosea extract or a placebo and were given tests to evaluate fatigue based on the ability to memorize information for a short time. After a single dose of Rhodiola rosea extract, the participants had greater reduction in fatigue compared to the placebo group. [4]
